The red carpet radar of Fashionista Smile, spotted the Chinese Actress Fan Bingbing wearing an iconic long dress in black silk velvet with big knots in the back, from the Stephane Rolland Haute Couture FW23/24 collection, exclusively created for the 34th Singapore International Film Festival.
Fan Bingbing born the 16th September of 1981, this Chinese superstar was included as the highest-paid celebrity in the Forbes from 2013 to 2017, she is the founder of the Hearth Ali project, aimed at helping children suffering from congenital heart defects in Ngari Prefecture, Tibet.
