The creator of Kate's dress, designer Sarah Burton, of Alexander McQueen, the dress has a lace appliqué bodice and skirt, and veil. The bride wore her hair down, with a tiara. The designer has described the bride as looking "absolutely stunning". She says it was the "experience of a lifetime" to create the gown.

Mrs Cameron is wearing a short-sleeved, jade green, knee-length dress. She's one of few women to shun a hat - opting for a jewelled hair clip instead and carried a bright orange wrap clutch.
